How do I use the new Team Edition Dashboard?

The Dashboard is your new home base for Team Edition. Here, you can see which colleges are actively recruiting in your sport, track athlete activity in real-time and keep up with important recruiting dates. Here are the new Dashboard sections:

Welcome to Team Edition: A brief overview of how you can help your athletes and grow your own college coach network using Team Edition. Select the arrow to expand or collapse this section.

Active Colleges: See which colleges are actively using the NCSA network to find athletes like yours.

Search Colleges: Search NCSA’s comprehensive college coach database. Find colleges that fit your athletes’ needs by division and region or learn more about the coaching staff at a particular college. Select Advanced search to add more filters to your search.

NCSA Pro Tip: Select Send roster to NCSA to easily add your athletes to Team Edition. Our team will invite your athletes to access their NCSA profile.

Most Recent Athlete Logins: Track your athletes' NCSA profile activity. Select View all activity to see your full roster’s updates or select "..." to email athletes individually.

Athletes Contacting Coaches: Keep up with important recruiting rules and dates here.

How Do I Contact Colleges?: Advocate for your athletes, make new connections and expand your own personal network by contacting college coaches directly.
