How do I check college coach activity?

Here's the college coach activity you can track when you select Activity in the main navigation and then select College Coach.

Last Activity: The last time a coach interacted with the athlete’s profile. This can be a view, follow or email exchange.

Coach Views: How many times your athlete’s profile has been viewed by a college coach. This can include multiple coaches from the same school staff, multiple views from an individual coach, or single views from different schools.

Follows: How many coaches have selected your athlete as a potential recruit they want to follow. This allows coaches to receive updates on the athlete. Athletes should consistently communicate with coaches that are following them if the school is a high match percentage.

Email Received: How many messages your athlete has received in their NCSA Message Center. Here is a helpful video for athletes on communicating with college coaches.

Status: Invite status for an athlete.

If … , you can send an email directly to the athlete.

If Pending, the athlete has been invited to join your Team Edition roster and provide you access to their recruiting journey. Pending athletes have not yet accepted the invitation. You can re-invite this athlete from the Roster page.
If Not Sent, the athlete has not been invited to your roster. Select athlete to access your roster and invite.
